Best pizza 🍕 good people

We have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. We usually get delivery and they're always on time. The food is great and the serving size is huge. The meals and grinders go for 2 meals for my husband and I. If you haven't tried them yet, you really need to.

Absolutely love this place. Great owner and his daughter. Very friendly people and excellent food. Everything from pizza to garlic knots to salads are excellent. Order from them every Thursday night since they opened. Love this place.

Supremely Overpriced, Can't Make A Simple Grilled Cheese I gave it a few chances. There's simply a bad vibe to this place; it's uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and *keep track of your total.* All those pricey (mediocre, at best) appetizers, etc., add up as if this were dining at its finest and not just a basic pizza joint. I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato. The end product was grated orange taco cheese inside two pieces of toast! I don't think they even remembered the tomato. I've no idea why grilled cheese was such a bizarre request. I got quite a strange look from the cook. It was as if I'd asked him to throw some frog legs on the barby.

Place reeks everytime i order they mess up .

Food was very good especially the fries.

Chicken broccoli Alfredo was so good. Boneless wings not so much they smelt and tasted weird almost like freezer burnt.

Typically great, but they apparently got rid of egg on grinders, only sell italian cold cut in 8", and no longer have meatball grinders.

The best ever! One of the best pizzas I've had in a long while. Serves was great and not much of a wait at all.

The salads are huge! Very filling. I love the salads, boneless chicken, and garlic wheel. And their blue cheese dressing is so good. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is absolutely wonderful.

Good food. The only downfall was the price and the 30 minute wait. They should really think about making a special for 10 wings and fries because 11 dollars and change is kind of outrageous.

This place MUST have new management! We have delivery at least twice a month. The food we had delivered tonight I wouldn't have paid a $1.00 for. We are very disappointed and won't buy from them again. We're very up happy about this!

Pizzza's are just delicious. I particularly like their pepperoni, green peppers, onions and cheese pizza.

Hi! This was my first visit to Pizza House. My friend and I split a 13" pizza, 2 Fountain Drinks, and we each had a salad. I have to say, for a place that looks like a dive, the food was pretty good. Nothing fancy, just good pizza. I cannot wait to go back!The decor is quirky & unique. The Staff was friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. Commercial Street has some unique shops, as well. So this would be perfect to have lunch in between shopping.

Awesome pizza great service and we went in very late close to closing. We had just picked our son up from work he wanted pizza. Most places get annoyed when you walk in so close to closing . Not here they were very polite and respectful. No sign of annoyance. Thank you for a great experience. Sorry we were so late.

The guy that answered the phone was rude and my order was seriously messed up...not the first time this has happened...you just lost a loyal customer

If you're looking for a good meal this is the place their "specialty dishes" are fantastic and very much worth it. Marinara sauce is watery and chunky while I'm a more "d'angelo's" kinda girl where its thick and saucy. Otherwise I would've given it a 5 start and of they forget anything by mistake with your order they go back and bring it to you immediately without hesitation.

Order there frequently we have large family it usually is ok. Friday pm I order had company, ( our orders $50-$60)An hour and 15 min go by after told 45min I call on its way.Food arrives pizza burnt, grinders not toasted or a little to point was hard etc.I could go on and on about other items everything was cold and very disappointing.I phoned and was told by manager we are extremely busy and that was it no bring you out better food.I stated I didn’t care how busy you still put out quality food being in restaurant business our whole lives and my husband a chef.Will never order from there again!!!!

Ordered wings and pizza. Woman on oine even asked which kind of pizza. 35 min later I get just wings. Gave the guy 5 dollars tip, thinking I got what I ordered. And then when I called back the woman gave me attitude and said I didnt order the pizza. I had to make my dinner again, so the whole purpose of ordering food was gone. Would never recommend.

We first ate here and the food was good but the last 3 times we have placed orders for our family they have been wrong. The most recent time we checked before we left. We found a grinder was missing and we are treated like scum that was trying to steal, come to find out the grinder was just sitting on top of the oven. That was our families last time ordering from pizza house. NEVER AGAIN!

Wow I never tasted a pizza like that before even in Hawaii I was at a restaurant and the pizza was good but not as good as yours thank you so much the pizza and pasta and the subs were DELICIOUS THANK YOU❤️❤️🍕🍕

I will not eat at Pizza House in Agawam again they can not get the order correct This was not the first time this happened. then you call and they are rude and would not delivered Me the correct one. they charge everything extra like pickles and dressing. not good business.............................

Once in a while they make a mistake, but the food is good and there's a lot to pick from. They will fix the mistake.

The foods okay, the staff isn't terrible, and the waits decent.

I've eating here twice now and both time have been great. It's a clean nice little ma and pa pizza place and the prices for pizza are amazing 20.95 for a 36 slice super party size pizza is a sweet deal. I can't wait till i have another excuse to drive the 1hr1/2 from mendon to Springfield to eat at the pizza house again.

the food is okay but it seems the execution on orders is sub par, if you want delivery i'd say go else where. Ordered a "pizza house white" with broccoli and onions, what i got was a pizza with only onions, and broccoli, and red sauce. and the extra price of the additional toppings. pretty impressive stuff.

Didn’t get our full delivery and when we called the girl was rude said they would bring it in 20 min and never did. Called back and got more attitude. Food is not that good my kids like it but that’s the last time I’m ordering from there would give 0 stars if I could

Ordered the "Mexican wrap" (grilled chicken with hot sauce, onions and cheese) with "NO" pickle came with a pickle, what was listed as grilled chicken was more like shredded chicken had a hard time finding any onion and was missing the cheese. I've ordered and enjoyed this wrap before, extremely disappointed.

Ordered a cheese slice and pepperoni slice. When I got home with the slices, there was sooo much grease in the box that it leaked onto my seat.. after taking a paper towel to each slice to absorb all the grease, I took a bite. It was undercooked and completely tasteless. I wish that I wasn’t in a rush and had time to bring it back. I just through it away
